I received a text message offering 50% off service, so I visited your location and selected the $99 oil change. Before the work started, I told the technician that I had the 50% coupon. During the courtesy inspection, the technician strongly recommended replacing both the engine air filter and cabin air filter, saying it would be a great deal since I had the 50% coupon. Based on that, I agreed. When it was time to pay, I clicked the coupon link and discovered it was for a different Take 5 location. Your store refused to honor the 50% coupon and only offered 25% off. My total with the filters and oil change would have been about $160. Since the discount was not honored as I had been led to believe, I declined the filter replacements. The filters were removed and the old ones reinstalled. I was then charged $129 for only the oil change, with no discount, plus additional charges. This was a very disappointing experience. I made my decisions based on the understanding that the 50% coupon would apply. I feel the situation should have been explained before any additional services were recommended. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return and cannot recommend this location.

Excellent service from beginning to end. First bottle of water. Was told what was going on every step of the way. Spent more than I wanted but everything need done. Will be going back in two weeks for cooling something. Have to save. She showed paperwork of my truck everything that has been done.
